Just tried to make appointment. Girl on phone was a dingbat. You don't honor my vsp and go through insurance. Ok. I know. When was my last exam through insurance? She tells me June. I say June 2016? She says yes. I say impossible. She says maybe 2015. I say which is it? She says she doesn't understand the question....
Very disappointed. Had appointment and when i arrived they told me that they no longer are taking vision insurance but using only medical insurance. Wanted to bill me through medical and charge me $50 copay instead of my $10 vision plan. Very unethical and unprofessional will never use them again.
I have been coming here for many years, but I will look for a new place. Nobody returns my calls and you have to wait 2 hours after you get there to see someone
Woodbury optical sucks! Why would they offer an appointment at 10:30am just for you to wait almost 2 hours to be seen by a doctor! This place needs to step thier game and staff up! I don't have two hours to just waste ok.
Been coming here for about 12 years. I always saw Dr. Malik who was wonderful. Now they have a new lady who is very good. I had a great experience. Her name is Dr. P. I went back for glasses and contacts and Fred was helpful and awesome. Ordered my contacts at a great price. Then a gentleman who's name I did not get helped with my glasses. A great experience and they will continue to get my business.
I have been going to this place for 18 years and the progression with which it is deteriorating is mind blowing. Constantly screwing up appointment dates, unwilling to accommodate when they do screw up, the manager Scott is as arrogant as they come. The only people that are worth anything there are Dr. Cohen and Fred the optician. Don't do it. Save yourself all the aggravation that I didn't save myself.
