This is a very dishonest dealer. DO NOT exchange a car with them. My husband and I had a 2013 Mazda CX-5 and we wanted to trade it for a 2011 Ford Edge. Carmax had offered us $18,000 for our car. This dealer offered us $13,000!!! and were not willing to negotiate. They had terrible numbers for our monthly car payment that exceeded over $100 than what we were already paying plus they required a $2000-$3000 down payment.
