Called them today. Spoke to Alex who quoted a payment that I verified more than once. Went to the dealership within minutes only to find out that he was not able to honor the payment due to rebates Alex did not disclose. Not good business practice especially for a customer who bought many vehicles from you!

Hi Chuck, thank you for reaching out to us. Our advertised lease specials never include taxes, tags and acquisition fees, because we can't always assume our customers are registering in New Jersey. Manufacturers don't include taxes and tags either in their lease specials, and they typically include all VIN specific rebates and incentives as well (even the ones you, personally, may not qualify for). After my last few experiences there (one with sales and two with service) I will no longer use this dealership. They have no respect for my time and have been dishonest with me, both in buying and servicing my vehicles. They used to be quite nice, but it seems that every time they expanded, their customer service got worse and worse. I think Nissan is a great brand with a solid product, but it's not worth the hassle and frustration of dealing with Woodbury Nissan.
RecommendedThe sales staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The service dept. has been very accommodating and responsive to our concerns. I recommend this dealership.

Best car dealership in NJ they stand on their word. A lot of dealerships say anything to get you in but Woodbury Nissan gets it done and they don't leave you out in the cold after the deal is done. I'm sold on their product.
