Prompt response and problem fixed
Woodbury Court has been a solid place to live. It feels close to just about everything (i.e. Trader Joe's, Costco, gyms, I-5, Spectrum). Maintenance: efficiency has increased. still difficult to get an appointment that works for us. Jason and Michael have been extremely helpful, quick, and even educate us on how to take care of the certain things in our apartment. They also make sure the vendors are prompt when services are needed in the apartment. Resident Services offices: efficiency and helpfulness has increased here too.... read more
Fantastic service! Michael was friendly, energetic, and worked very efficiently. He was especially great with my 2-year-old, taking the time to show him how he fixed the drawer. It’s rare to find a technician who combines such high technical skill with such genuine care for the customer's experience. A true asset to your team!
