I’ve been living here for 8 months so far and it’s been great. Very quiet here, don’t hear anyone ever to the sides of me (I’m on the 3rd floor) but sometimes hear footsteps from below. Having access to the residential area’s HOA amenities like pickleball, sand volleyball, and their resort pool area has been nice; love hosting friends over. Street parking is abundant for guests.
