I've been in a couple times and every time I go in, Michelle is very helpful. I appreciate her hard work and awesome customer service!
My husband and I visited the showroom around Thanksgiving to check out some ventless fire logs. We arrived at the store shortly before the end of their business day. The sales associate was vey nice and knowledgeable. She gave us a catalog and prices. My husband purchased some new logs to replace our 15 year old originals. He made an install appointment for Monday, January 4. The installer, Eric called on Sunday to confirm and give a time frame and he also touched base on Monday when he was running a little behind schedule. ... read more
