Hi Scott-we definitely need a model number in order to ensure we get you the correct part. However, since you didn’t have it, we gave you two other options as to how to obtain the panels. Definitely was trying to help you, but you didn’t seem to like any of the options we provided. Our apologies for not being able to better assist you.
RecommendedThe fireplace in the house we just bought was not working properly. Woodburners came out and told us the gas logs and burner were not installed properly. They set it up correctly, replaced burned wires and got it going. I definitely recommend them and will be calling them for our fireplace maintenance in the future.
We love our direct vent fireplace from Woodburners!
Called for service tech to come out and check our fireplace the tech came and told me everything was fine and even told me the steps to lighting the fireplace. Long story short the tech did not perform the service because our meter was changed and gas was never turned back on after calling the office the manager laughed and told me there was nothing that could be done about it. I do not recommend using wood burners very poor service and even worse management
Great service!!!!! My fireplace is back up and running thanks to their wonderful technician!!!! We are ready for the next cold snap �

I’ve had my Woodburner logs for quite some time now, but as I’ve stayed inside these past few “ice days” in Baton Rouge, I’ve come to realize just how much I love them! They were a great investment and have given my living room the perfect warmth and ambiance. Thank you, Woodburners!
