My car was stolen and property management refuses to install cameras. I have lived here for almost 6 years. Crime has gone up the last 2 years and the very back part of the apartments feels like an afterthought to management. Multiple residents have made complaints about their cars being broken into, even the ones parked directly in front of their complex in eye sight. My wife and I have lived here for 6 years now. I can safely say it is the best place we have ever lived. The place is extremely pet friendly, the vibe is calm and quiet, and the place is meticulously well maintained. The owners seem to care more about than just getting their rent money, the are active and engaged. The apartment manager is amazing and always ready to help. Things are made easier with such a warm and friendly place to live.
Looks like a great little community, but they don't seem to care much about getting new residents! Me and my wife applied, but ended up becoming denied with a very vague discription of why. We spoke to the apartment manager, who said she would check into things and call us back the next day. It has now been two, going on three, with no phone call back. The apartment manager is amazing and kind. The community is great and it’s the best apartment complex I have ever lived in.
I have lived here for almost 6 years. Recently the past year crime has gone up and there is a complete lack of urgency from the property management to address this, especially for those who live on the back side of the complex, where the majority of crimes specifically take place. My car was stolen on October 10th, and before this, my car was broken into.
