There’s a lot of pros and cons to living at Woodbridge Willows, but the biggest pro I want to focus on is the maintenance service, more specifically Pedro. I’ve lived here for a while and Pedro has been an absolute star. ANYTHING that has gone wrong in the apartment and needed fixing he’s been on it. His talent and professionalism shines, and he always does a great job. He’s communicative, quick, and so nice. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for all of his hard work!
Pedro was utmost professional and always provide services to us with smiles. He's thorough, thoughtful and always clean up his area of works afterward. We've been here more than 5 years and Pedro is the best maintenance person we've experience. He always goes out of his way to help whenever we ask for extra services like replacing a light bulb or fixing the squeaking door hinges. He's truly a real asset to Woodbridge Willows Apartment Housing. Thanks, Pedro.
