Great place. Dr Broderick really seems to love animals (and I haven't always had vets who do).
Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick? Absolutely not, I was horrified at how insensitive they were. Did you leave the animal hospital feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this veterinarian friendly? Not Really
I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. My pet almost died in their care due to a misdiagnosis and if I were you I would think twice about bringing your beloved pet here.

It is very clear that none of the staff members working there are happy with their jobs; not necessarily because they don't like what they do, but because of the conditions. Dr. Broderick demonstrates neither compassion nor a caring attitude towards his patients. I have witnessed very rough, unnecessary handling. I have witnessed incompetency by this gentleman; misdiagnosis, refusal to refer cases he has no business handling (chemo therapy, for example; this facility is NOT equipped to handle such procedures, and neither is ... read more
