Love the community! The staff was nice, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs! Curb appeal was well kept. Won't be moving in due to job location change but thank you thank you thank you for the great customer service!
I’ve had a great experience living at Woodbridge Townhomes in Arlington. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and major highways. The townhomes are spacious, and the grounds are kept clean and attractive. The management and maintenance teams have been professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Management asked if I could leave a review but I did not feel comfortable doing so at the time if it wasn't positive but I am done holding my tongue after what I've been experiencing in the last few weeks knowing what a negative review can do. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would, Corporate may reach out to me for extended comment. NOT MANAGEMENT. This is the worst management property and team that has taken over since 2023. Eric was very professional and responsive on getting me and my family moved! We appreciate you Eric. If I could go past 5 stars I would! Space was exactly what we wanted and he made sure we did a walk through before signing the lease. Give this man a raise.
