I was moved into an apartment that wasn't shown to me without the washer/dryer on the opposite side and my move in date was changed without my knowledge..maintenance is horrible the dishwasher and refrigerator is so old..I asked for a replacement and completely got ignored several times..so i dont ask anymore just waiting for this lease to end...management and the communication is horrible..If you need a place to move in quickly i recommend if you can reach them...for the money you're paying find better...

We loving our new place and the property is very quite at night and we love the property and the manager(Serenity) is very helpful and I what to take the time out and say thank you for give me and my family the opportunity to call Woodbridge home and her customer service is amazing keep up the good work ma'am

For what me and my roommate pay for a 2 bedroom id wish the property management would be more attentive too the property, iv had a fair amount of issues with my apartment ranging from water and electrical to the front door not closing property. Iv communicated clearly with the leasing office what needs to be done, while they do bring attention too my issues, they always take too long too fix, I waited over a month for a constant running toilet too fixed. Moved a month December 2024 ago People talk about management but I think they were great. They didn't ask much to move here. Just my job verification and stuff. No major credit checks and stuff seemed like they were tryna hurry and move people in lol 75 app fee pretty crazy for the easy move in but eh I'm in. But moved in 3 days.
