I have been a tenant here for the better part of a decade. I enjoy the property NOW. The current management team has done wonders for this community and are very pleasant to work with. When I first moved in, I chose the location for the location. The property management and maintenance staff were almost non-existent. Repairs were never done and there was hardly ever anyone in the office nor could you reach out to talk to someone (everything was via email and they rarely if ever responded). Had an appointment to view an apartment black gentleman on the phone sounded like personal call did not greet me when I walk in and was on cell phone as well so on two phones so I just walk out so unprofessional I will not be back !!!!!!!! No eye contact nothing just on the phone laughing like I didn't walk in like wow sorry had to update

I had a great tour at Woodbridge Townhomes! The gentleman there was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy. The community was well maintained, and though they are a bit dated the townhomes were spacious and very nice. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a new place to call home!
