The community is great and the townhomes are very spacious. The new management recently renovated the property making it much nicer. They are also much more attentive regarding maintenance requests.
I was moved into an apartment that wasn't shown to me without the washer/dryer on the opposite side and my move in date was changed without my knowledge..maintenance is horrible the dishwasher and refrigerator is so old..I asked for a replacement and completely got ignored several times..so i dont ask anymore just waiting for this lease to end...management and the communication is horrible..If you need a place to move in quickly i recommend if you can reach them...for the money you're paying find better... I just moved to Woodbridge a few months ago and am very impressed with the level of care form the team here. They are very responsive with repairs and are making an effort to really make the community much more attractive.
Update*** They are clearly retaliating against me for the reviews. My new apartment complex reached out to them for a rental verification. They said i never lived there. You guys looked real stupid when i sent them my signed and dated lease from when i moved in. I have been living here for about ten months. Since day one I have had an unreal roach problem. They are impossible to get rid of. Buildings are super old and poorly maintained. Your power bill will be through the roof. Ac units drop like flies and it takes them some... read more
