Management asked if I could leave a review but I did not feel comfortable doing so at the time if it wasn't positive but I am done holding my tongue after what I've been experiencing in the last few weeks knowing what a negative review can do. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would, Corporate may reach out to me for extended comment. NOT MANAGEMENT. This is the worst management property and team that has taken over since 2023. Eric was very professional and responsive on getting me and my family moved! We appreciate you Eric. If I could go past 5 stars I would! Space was exactly what we wanted and he made sure we did a walk through before signing the lease. Give this man a raise.
Woodbridge Townhomes is a cozy and safe place to live in. The units are bright, spacious and well maintained. The property features a nice pool area and a lot of trees through the grounds. It has a convenient location close to the shops and restaurants.
I recently moved in it's been almost a month Eric was amazing with getting me into my apartment very fast the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is I've had issues with maintenance completing request in a timely matter and long it's taking my washer and dryer to get repaired but that's not on the complex as a third party is over that other than the small maintenance issue I would definitely recommend!!!!
