I have been a resident at this complex for about 4 years now. The apartments are older but for the price, I had decided to stay. This final year has been a nightmare to say the least. The folding washing room door is constantly falling off the hinges. Other residents have brought bugs into the apartment. And just recently the hvac unit caused a leak in the apartment and went into the downstairs unit as well. The leak was so bad that it destroyed my furniture, black mold and m… See more
I do Not recommend this apartments. The front of many buildings apartments are ugly,! The building 1440 we don't have any grass in the front of the Apartments so, we are walking on the derty...dusty Hall. it doesn’t have any maintenance to keeping clean, main office does not do anything to solve it. Looks like they do not care it.
Anytime I am able to leave a bad review about this place I will make it my business to do so. You have to become almost belligerent in order to get anything resolved with the leasing office staff and then they blame you. We were told just days before move in that our agreed upon apartment wasn’t ready and we’re forced into a smaller unit. That was just the tip of the iceberg. I moved in about 3 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier, the community is always clean and quiet, the apartments are very pretty and have so much space, the staff at the leasing office has always been very friendly, specially Rachelle, the process was fast and easy.
Beautiful apartments, very spacious, affordable prices. The office is very helpful whenever there is an issue and they always prioritize their tenants. Would definitely recommend!
