Great hours; somewhat non conventional but works well for those with busy schedules and can't get to a Dr's office during normal daytime working hours. Nicole, the receptionist is helpful, polite and kind. If people disagree I'm going to assume the staff is just returning the energy the clients gave off to them. I've never had any issues or concerns. Top notch all the way around from my personal interactions.

I gave 1 star because I waited to see a psychiatrist just to have a ten minute over the phone appointment. Dr obot then scheduled me for a month later. Later that night he called me thinking I was another patient at 10pm. In that time I had side effects with my meds. Getting in touch with the dr has been impossible. I don’t know what to do. I called my primary, they called dr obots office and then my primary called me back saying his office would call me. Still haven’t gotten a call. I made an appointment here that I felt the need to cancel due to the fact I want to try things on my own before dealing with psychiatry/medicine and hoping that if I did it this way but in the future decided to go the psychiatry route it would be ok. I called and spoke to a human (Nicole) who told me if I needed in the future to call and they would be happy to assist (paraphrasing) anyway my impression of Woodbridge is good, and if I choose this in the future I will call. I will also update my review at that time. Thank you
