RecommendedI moved in at beginning of May 2019. Place is clean, very spacious & the closest space is amazing. Management has changed twice (I think) & the new owners are making this complex a community rather than an apartment.
The management seem super nice and the apartments are so spacious, lots of closet space & such a great price 😊
They don’t clean their entryways to the apartments at all. My friend’s entryway has looked like this for months! Multiple people have called to make complaints about the environment just being very dirty. They just tell you they are “working on it”, but nothing ever gets done about it.
When I first moved in one year ago, this was a great place to live! Wonderful staff and maintenance crew and very helpful! However, since I have lived there they have changed ownership. I have never been treated so rudely or inconsiderately by a manager. I get a long with just about everyone, but from day one of the new ownership I have been less than satisfied. I am breaking my lease to move somewhere else, when I had originally planned to continue living at Woodbridge. I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone ... read more
My friend lives here and her ceiling has caved in. There was a huge mess and the complex claims no responsibility. They were nice enough to move her and her family to a smaller place!
