Can't say enough about Chad Ross and the WPG team at Nova in Palm Desert. Couldn't get a response from the Idaho folks so figured I would write it here to maybe get someone to do something. The Idaho team at Woodbridge has known of this problem for 3 years and it seems like they are trying to sell the rest of the houses in the community and leave the homeowners with the burden. Last year some of the community members sought legal council to try to move the ball. Jim decided to also hire legal council but had it run through the HOA putting the cost burden on us for both lawyers. A+ for a workaround... read more
