I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Shea Apartments! The community is clean, peaceful, and very well managed. Special thanks to Victor Nunez and Stephen Baca for always being professional, kind, and quick to help. Their care and positive attitude make this place feel like home. I've been here for about 10 months (13 month lease), my experience was pretty good for the first 7 months. Anytime I've placed a service request they fixed immediately without any major issues, in some cases they have cleaned areas that the cleaning service did not clean upon move-in. However, my last 4 month experience has been pretty bad as during the Summer of 2025, there were multiple illegal trash dumping activities occurring in the adjacent waste bin area near my unit, which created unnecessary smells, overloaded trash... read more
We (my husband and I and a small baby) are new to California. We decided to settle at Woodbridge. It was the best decision of our lives! Soha, the leasing manager, was an absolute gem . She was transparent, highly professional and knowledgeable, and overall a joy to work with to secure our apartment. If you’re looking for a new place, you must ask for Soha ONLY!! She will make the process understandable and seamless. Soha, you’re the best!! Thank you for making our new home a pleasant start!

This was the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. By the second day I discovered the pipes were so old that mosquitoes came through the drains. The place was infested with bugs, and during the summer you’ll even find lawn shrimp crawling all over. I begged management to let me out of the lease immediately, but they refused. Their answer was “we have free pest control”—as if it’s normal to need exterminators in your unit every day just to make it livable.
