We (my husband and I and a small baby) are new to California. We decided to settle at Woodbridge. It was the best decision of our lives! Soha, the leasing manager, was an absolute gem . She was transparent, highly professional and knowledgeable, and overall a joy to work with to secure our apartment. If you’re looking for a new place, you must ask for Soha ONLY!! She will make the process understandable and seamless. Soha, you’re the best!! Thank you for making our new home a pleasant start!

This was the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. By the second day I discovered the pipes were so old that mosquitoes came through the drains. The place was infested with bugs, and during the summer you’ll even find lawn shrimp crawling all over. I begged management to let me out of the lease immediately, but they refused. Their answer was “we have free pest control”—as if it’s normal to need exterminators in your unit every day just to make it livable. I chose to lease at this community because of its peaceful atmosphere and cleanliness. The staff and neighbors have been incredibly welcoming, easing my anxiety about moving to California. Nice area to live in. The access to the local Woodbridge pool system is a perk. Plenty of walking trails. Maintenance team is one of their best assets. Pet friendly community. Management does a good job too. Soha was fantastic when I moved in. My feedback is regarding the constant maintenance of the community grounds. There is always constant noise from the gas powered leaf blowers and mowers. The gas fumes and noise gets to ya when you’re in a virtual meeting or trying to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.
