A piece of advice to anyone thinking about renting here... Don't. If you want to share your "Easy Living" experience you'll have to get used to living with roaches and other bugs that currently inhabit this infestation. The property managers are no better. Another piece of advice, use your money and find a place, where at least you are shown respect instead of having a couple of high headed managers that look their noses at their tenants.

I lived here on 2 different occasions. The apartment itself was fine. Don't expect updated appliances or anything really nice in your kitchen or bathroom. Both times I lived there they were dirty upon move in. I honestly don't think they do much of anything between rentals. They only offer 1 washer and 1 dryer for each building and it's over $5 per load, so if you get a unit without a hookup, you've been warned. Id avoid this place at all cost and would suggest looking elsewhere to live. This complex is supposed to charge based on income and they dont do that along with fees for paying rent regardless if it's online ($44) or at Walmart ($5). They charge over $300 just for a single animal (one time fee per animal) and an additional cost increase on rent per animal. They claim they enforce rules yet weed runs rampant with the smell getting everywhere and entering people's homes. We have done nothing but kept to ourselves living here w... read more
