Verified Renter The Haven is a multicultural diverse community and I love it. Through the summer the people here have been amazing. Once the sun goes down you can find all sorts of families enjoying a stroll around the complex. The team at the leasing office is amazing and very attentive. Maintenance team is top notch!
don’t walk, run… away I’ve lived here for over 2 years. The pool has never looked blue until a month ago, and unfortunately it’s back green again. Maintenance takes FOREVER. The apartment size is great but the amenities suck. You can’t even use the gym 24/7. You also pay 2 trash fees for inconsistent trash service. Stay Away! STAY AWAY!!!!! Ditto to all of the people posting about trash, lousy office staff, etc. couple additional items. They let residents drive on the grass behind building I, as if it was a road, at any time of the day or night! In January 2021 had a shooting which resulted in homicide. In July 2021, a resident tried to break into another residents apartment and other residents had the dude at gunpoint! Current Resident It’s a horrible place to live. The management and maintenance staff are very unprofessional. There could be a hole in a bedroom & the ceiling falling off in a bathroom and they will not care. They are extremely rude!
Good price but no amenities The amenities that are advertised are always locked up or don't happen. Trash pickup maybe happens once a week. The pool was closed 95% of the summer. The gym is only open when staff is in the office, which isn't convenient for anyone with a full time job. Now the enclosed soccer field is chained which was nice to let my dogs run in since since there isn't a dog park. The grass isn't kept up with and frequently gets so long it has seeds. Resident I have lived here since Feb.. My apartment is humongous, and while I have had a few maintenance issues they were eventually all taken care of.. The grounds are beautiful and well kept.. If you are super picky or racist these apartments probably aren't for you.. I however find the living comfortable and convenient...
Horrible Year Living Here This apartment has some of the worst living conditions and management I have ever seen. I highly suggest you avoid living here at all costs. Here are the issues I encountered in my year living here: - There was a dangerous hole in our balcony when we moved in that was never fixed. - We were paying for amenities we never received (laundry facility, fitness center, pool closed for 10 months). - We were asked to make a copy of our key three times, as the first two copies could not be found. Worst apartment I've ever lived in Mold in my apartment. Work order marked as "complete" although they've haven't even came out to fix anything I submittedt. Customer service is horrible. No one calls you back. It took me almost 3 weeks to get a new toilet. My dishwasher has been broke for two weeks with no one telling me what's going on. My water pressure is horrible in the bathroom and the doors pop off track when you barely touch them. Yet this was marked as "completed".
