The most horrible experience in my life!
I currently live here and have resided over 6 years. Tatiana is very professional and not intrusive. She is sensitive to residents privacy and their living individual special needs. Tatiana treats every resident as an individual, She never says a bad comment of any resident. She is attentive and also tolerant not to mention PATIENT. I am grateful to her for repairing my shower, knobs, toilet leaks, plumbing, sinks, clogged toilet, on thanksgiving one year she answered my call as my kitchen faucet splashed and went off. My experience living here has been exceptionally pleasant. I've lived here going on to three years and I have never had any issues. The Managers Ophelia and her husband are the kindest and most considerate managers I've ever come across. They are very dedicated to their jobs and the premises are always extremely clean and tidy. Anytime I have needed a repair, it is addressed immediately. Both are very knowledgeable and attentive. I love that all amenities are well maintained and clean.
