The process of getting my car through Toyota was a great experience the staff was friendly knowledgable and ready to help, they helped me choose the right car thanks Toyota!
Had an appointment at noon. After the service manager tried to tell me they don't install bulbs unless bought at Toyota which is complete bullsh*t he allowed my car to sit in the lot for 2hrs before it went in. The only reason it went in after 2hrs is because I started complaining!!! Terrible service from the service manager and I will never go back to this dealership!!!!!
Worse customer service really bad sold black car but never knew they had a black car bullshit
