Extremely disappointing experience with Woodbine Medical Centre. My wife had an appointment a few months ago, and she tried calling multiple times the day before to cancel because her symptoms had improved and the appointment was no longer needed. Unfortunately, no one answered the phone despite several attempts. We were subsequently charged a $60 cancellation fee, even though we made a genuine effort to cancel the appointment in advance.
