They are the best, when I lived in Norfolk for many years back in the late 80's into the early 90's I rented from the Mr. Woodard and he was a true gentlemen, and so was his son. I ran into financial problems fell behind in my rent and he forgave the fees to give me the opportunity to catch up. Absolutely amazing company.. and even more amazing family. It is nice to know that there are still companies that still genuinely care about people.
If you ever want to live in a very nice, immaculate home Joanie is the 1 to see , she is professional, honest, great with her properties, we didn't want to leave but due to military orders we had to. but ever we in VA i wont rent from anyone else!!!!!!
