In the middle of the 100 degree heat wave, our air conditioner failed. I called their number in the evening and left a message. They called me back the next morning at 7:30am and scheduled a visit for late in the morning the same day. The friendly tech diagnosed and replaced the capacitor that had failed in about 10 minutes. We were back with a working AC thanks to Woodacre.
The technicians are courteous once they visit you, however, their follow through is awful. I have been waiting for them to follow through on something simple that they promised related to our A/C units, which they installed less than a year ago. It has been 9 weeks and they take no action and no responsibility. I have elevated the concern to their office, but they keep repeating the same. Someone will get back to you and no one does.
