Had a leak in the slab in the master bathroom. Clint came out and helped us figure out the situation. Before starting the major repair he gave us an exact price and stuck to it. This is the second time we have used them in the last two years and have been super satisfied both times.
Called for our 10 year old hot water heater not working...so they came to check it out...they figured out the problem and we are getting a new hot water heater...they are awesome. You guys ROCK!!
i called and clint was here literally in minutes!! when i explained to the owners that my mother was on hospice with lung cancer and she was very limited in her spending, mrs. wood replied with "i think we can help with that part"... after getting my mothers tub unstopped in only a couple of minutes, clint handed me a bill with a zero balance on it!! IT IS SO NICE TO SEE A HOMETOWN BUSINESS TAKING CARE OF A HOMETOWN FAMILY!!! PRO BONO WORK IS STILL AN IMPORTANT PART OF MAKING A GOOD BUSINESS GREAT!!! THANK YA'LL!!
On Saturday they came promptly and fixed quickly. They are also very reasonable!
Called for a Saturday service call to repair leaking PVC pipes under dual kitchen sink. Steven (intelligent, articulate, well-groomed and professional) arrived w/in 30 minutes. Within another 30 minutes he fixed all the problems, cleaned up after himself (he had worn booties over his boots when he had to go outside and use a hose to clean some pipes). I have had several plumbing problems lately and in the past. Wood and Wood are the only ones I ever call. Super customer service in that they always return my calls promptly, show up on the time promised and call to let me know they are on the way. They do an outstanding job and I trust them! Anyone who needs plumbing work done should give them a call and they are on call 24 hours! Thanks!
Clint at Wood & Wood Plumbing has been doing all the work on my rent houses for the last year and I am very satisfied with the quality of their work. They are very professional and they don't leave a job until the owner is satisfied. They go over and above the normal to get the job done fast and done correctly. GREAT bunch of guys. Excellent work!
