Please be advised I Mr.Shay Weaver have nothing to do with Woodview Apartment building. I moved away & gave up the position of on site management when Ogden did nothing about the tenant at 10001 #102 that accused me of sexual assault!!! Since I’ve been going be ppl & tenants have publicized the conditions of the building. There’s a major roach problem, bed bugs and weed smoking!! The best decision I have ever made was walking away from Ogden & the ratchet tenants that were there when I was the on site manager!! In my opinion... read more

It takes forever for things to be fixed. The maintenance guy is rude the lady in charge seems to not care about any of the tenants. They have a major roach problem and the exterminator sucks. I regret moving here this is all a lesson learned
