I lived at this property for several months and was very comfortable with it i had no issues. While living at the property my employment changed I was assigned a job in the military which required a staggering two hour and a half commute one way. I told the office well in advance I would be breaking the lease. This was when the issue arrived I received no response , until I found an apartment closer to work. Old modular buildings past their useful life. Toured one unit and smelled that “old musty 1980s apartment” odor and summarily walked away.
Very run down. Need to update of you're going to charge these prices.
