RUN!!!! There was mold in our apartment that was never addressed. The rent was raised after lease was up over $190. Maintenance is a joke and the "management" in the office are the most unprofessional people I have EVER dealt with in my life. They will not give information for owners, but thankfully I have looked up the property records and found out they actually are owned by slum lords in Florida. Not the best place to live check it out before u get in a contract with them they trying to make me pay $10,000 for stuff that wasn’t my fault I got the paperwork to prove it and can send pictures if need to
I feel very comfortable here, its very peaceful, my neighbors are great and management are always there when I need them, with just a phone call away. Mr Dwayne is awesome, every morning he greets me with a wave & smile, which starts my day off very pleasant. I'm very blessed with my home and thankful for such an awesome staff.
