Best Fresh salad ever! In-house made Ricotta Cheese with pickled beets (yellow not red) in-house grown greens in a mild vinaigrette and thinly sliced green apple. YUM! Waiting on the pizza now. Pizza review: incredible flavor! Roasted butternut squash base for the sauce layered with fresh uncured ham, thick bacon crumbles mixed with daollups of more in-house Ricotta Cheese, parmesan and mozzarella. Topped with grilled Brussel Sprouts. It was so smooth and full flavored. I've never ever eaten a better pizza! �

Two words: Pimento Cheese! If you dislike pimento cheese, I can assure you it's because you've eaten the dog food version of it. I would drive all the way to Fayetteville from Bella Vista just to buy it alone if they sold it by the quart. Pizza was excellent as well but WoW that pimento cheese! There is a delicate hint of heat which I think is a smokey chipotle and a pleasant punch of garlic that puts this classic cheese spread above the rest. So incredible I was spreading it on my pizza. A+ across the board!

This place was great! Cool atmosphere. The service was wonderful and the pizza taste delicious. They have a good beer selection and our order came out quick. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for woodfire pizza.
