Best Fresh salad ever! In-house made Ricotta Cheese with pickled beets (yellow not red) in-house grown greens in a mild vinaigrette and thinly sliced green apple. YUM! Waiting on the pizza now. Pizza review: incredible flavor! Roasted butternut squash base for the sauce layered with fresh uncured ham, thick bacon crumbles mixed with daollups of more in-house Ricotta Cheese, parmesan and mozzarella. Topped with grilled Brussel Sprouts. It was so smooth and full flavored. I've never ever eaten a better pizza! �

This place used to be great. Last time we went, the pizza had gone downhill (I think they were using cheaper cheese that had no taste). We decided to give it another try so went and had a 30-40 min wait (fair enough). As we were waiting, the people who came in behind us kept asking about getting a table and so they were seated ahead of us (we were only a party of 2 and so were the people who got seated ahead of us). Colin, very sorry that this happened. You should have been seated in the order you came in. I will speak with management and the host first thing in the morning. As for using a different cheese, we are using the same products we opened up with 2 yrs ago. Nothing has changed. Again, I'm very sorry you didn't get seated properly. After my initial one star review (due to some INSANE wait times and poor service) the owner very kindly messaged me. They explained they were having some issues that day, and wanted to send me a gift card so I could try again. Man, am I glad I did! The 2nd go at it was phenomenal!! Incredible service, no wait time, and the pizza came out faster than one could say succulent sassafras sausages! Definitely will be back again, this pizza place is as creative as it is delicious!
