The property I saw was OLD. It seemed they just painted over everything and there were cracks and holes in the walls. The doors did not lock and nothing was sealed In correctly therefore insects would crawl in and water would come in when it would flood. MAKE SURE you take pictures of all the DAMAGES bc WOOD REAL ESTATE WILL NOT GIVE DEPOSIT BACK.
