I wouldn’t recommend this doctor at all to anyone, she tried to make it seem like I was there a cosmetic reason instead of an actual medical reason , I’ve been struggling with this medical issue for sometime now and she was very rude and not helpful at all! My doctor gave me a referral for a reason and she really tried to twist the reason why I was there. Now looking at these reviews has me very upset and I will be making a complaint against her licensing .
Worst experience ever with a doctor! My previous podiatrist retired a few months ago and I was referred to Rachel Wood. She is unprofessional and has no passion for her patients. She receives visits in a chiropractor office on Mondays. Patients are asked to sit on a swivel and unstable chair when she works on their feet. She doesn't maintain any basic sanitary conditions. She used the instruments without sanitizing them. She also used the same piece of paper to put under my feet from her previous patient. Never going back th... read more
disappointed after visiting. no passion for her patient, and rushed the visit. not recommended.
I will never recommend anyone to go here. My mom is 91 years old I had to cancel a couple appointments. My last appointment, I ask to please send a reminder, never got a text or call. I didn't make that appointment. Then when I called back she had a bad attitude, very unprofessional. Glad I found someone who catered to my mom needs was gentle with her, very nice and welcoming. My mom loved it there. So I guess it was a blessing she gave me her bad attitude I would of never found this new podiatrist
