Reached out to Wood Mobile Auto to get some basic maintenance done on my vehicle. JC was easy to text back and forth with, and coordinate a time that worked for us both. The fix went well, everything was shown to me, and showed me a few things to look out for that might need work soon (I have some bad hoses, but it was good to see it first hand). I really loved doing business with him the first time I needed him. He did great work. But it was like pulling teeth to get him to come out to my other vehicle. I do get the weather wasn’t great but there was days it was. And I know he was having some trouble with his own vehicle. But there was no communication. He did a great job figuring out the problem quickly while also finding affordable parts. He doesn't charge any extra for parts, and very friendly. He knows what he's doing! Will be using him for any future issues.

JC is an awesome dude! It was easy to schedule an appointment and make a time to drop my car off. The quoted time he gave me was spot on. He said he would have it done by the end of the day and it was done in the early afternoon. I was going to be late to pick my car up and he waited 30 minutes after he closed shop for the day. Awesome customer service, quick and speedy repair, and 100% satisfaction. From now on ALL of my auto and repair work will be done by JC. I will and do recommend him to EVERYONE!!!
