As in the past, fantastic. I have always been made to feel like a friend, not a customer or patient. Not a question of mine was left unanswered, not a need of mine not met. The relaxed, comfortable, confident, dare I say inviting attitude of the staff belies the fact they have everything under control, and that all of my problems will be addressed to my satisfaction. Trying to locate a dentist (in the Buffalo area) that practices safe removal of mercury fillings was not an easy task for me. Some dentists say they take these precautions (even advertise that they do) but when asked to explain their protocol for safe mercury removal they were lacking in many ways. Dr. Wood and his staff are total professionals. They deliver your treatment with care, sensitivity and humor. I've always had a fear of dentist but Dr. Wood has taken that all away.
