I would provide a lesser rating if possible. We hired Rock Canyon Hardwood, aka. Wood Crafters Hardwood, mostly due to the "salesmanship" skills of its owner, Alexander (Alex) *** ********. He seemingly knew what he was doing and obviously had a lot of experience in ‘selling jobs,’ especially considering he has had over 9 Hardwood companies in Colorado (he has to close them quickly before the poor ratings catch up to him). This guy Alex M******* rips off customers and the sub crews that do his work. He has operated under 3 business names and changes them as soon as he gets too many bad reviews. 1) Platte Canyon Hardwood 2) High Country Hardwood 3) Wood Crafters Hardwood He's been kicked off Home Advisor for being a fraud. If you hire this guy you are asking for trouble!
