New management sucks. here'a a breakdown if your trying to move here. their cheapest apartment is $530.. now add about 35 for water and a bogus 50 cable fee a month(which is the simplest comcast 19.99 package) . that's about 610-620 for a tiny outdated apartment. just because they changed the roofing doesn't mean they can price this place at a 4 star level when it barely is a 2 star. the apartment described is a studio by the way. trash is ALWAYS accumulated by the dumpster and occasionally a rat here and there. really?? for... read more
My family and I absolutely love wood chase apartments. The staff is amazing. I absolutely love talking to autumn, John and james. They are always enthusiastic and ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The maintenance team is awesome as well. They are very efficient and get things done in a timely manner. Definitely love my community and the people in it. I've been here a year and its time to re-new my lease. Only been in there since February 28th and so far so good, The office staff Kimberly, Autumn and John are very nice and pleasurable. Apt is nice with an excellent location. Stay tuned I will come back and give an update after 90 days.
Relocated from another Lynd Property out of state in May, 2013 HOPING for a better result. SEVERLY disappointed. The unit wasn't thoroughly cleaned and that was the first sign of trouble. We sent a list of things we identified as problems when we moved in to the office and nothing was done. We noticed a high electric bill and realized we probably had a faulty thermostat.
