Either very little knowledge of what they are selling, or just enough to be dangerous. I wouldn't buy anything from these guys without seeing it in person. They told me the machine was in great condition... it was junk. After contacting the previous owner, I suspect that they manipulated the machine to make it seem right in a video to show me. The machine was completely unusable and I ended up having to get it rebuilt at my expense.

I have bought a few machines from CW Wood and have only had great experiences! The people in this company always go out of there way to make you happy! My company purchased a bandsaw, edge sander, and table saw from them. All have been working amazingly. Will use them for all of my machinery needs!
URGENT WARNING: I SAW A MACHINE ON EBAY & CALLED THEM ABOUT IT. "IT'S ALREADY SOLD'' THEY CLAIMED "BUT WE HAVE ANOTHER ONE" LIKE THE FORMER WOULD-BE BUYER CLAIMS THEIR SALESMAN STEERED ME AWAY FROM BUYING THRU EBAY. THEY DID A BAIT-AND-SWITCH AND SOLD ME A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT MACHINE NOT NEARLY EQUAL IN VALUE TO ME, WITHOUT 1 WORD ABOUT THE DIFFERENCE. AND THEY LIED TO ME.
