What a terrific Drs.office.I was seen puctual.The lady at the front is darling.The Nursr Miss Karen is so compassionate, and she knows her stuff!Dr.Woo talked to me like a friend...we figured out the problem quickly...Off I went back home.Relieved,enlightend,happy....Thanks to the Woo Crue....Your patient SF.
Worst experience with doctor's office in my life. Staff was rude, unhelpful and unprofessional.
Unable to reach them by phone in over a week even during stated open hours. Will not answer calls and their voicemail actually says do not leave a message. I would look elsewhere for a doctor as I will be.
Professional and friendly doctor.
This is the most unethical, unprofessional practice I have ever seen. It took 8 days to send a prescription to the pharmacy for me. My fiancée waited 6 days for hers. When I called the office twice to inquire, I was told "the Dr. just hasn't had a chance to look at your file." During my visit, I felt as if he couldn't get me out of there fast enough... Do to this I switched Doctors. We sent a signed release / request to get my records from Dr. Woo's office. No response... Avoid them!
