I have found Dr Kapoor to be a very kind and patient doctor. I never have to wait long in the waiting room. He always takes a very individualized approach to my concerns. Very effective practitioner. He always spends time with me answering my questions and concerns. He is very efficient, yet extremely thorough. Dr. Kapoor is simply great. His examination is always thorough, and he always looks at the entire person, and not just at a specific issue. Absolutely, love his honesty. Dr Kapoor is very thorough as well as compassionate. He always makes sure that I am well taken care of. I have really bad neuropathy and have seen many doctors for that without any improvement. One of my friends finally suggested that I see Dr Kapoor. I saw him for the first time six months ago. He suggested some changes in my medications that have greatly reduced my pain. I do not recommend this business. I was scheduled for a follow up appointment and I called when I was a few minutes away, I was letting them know that I was on the way. The receptionist told me that I was not scheduled for this day. I found this odd considering the fact I was looking at the card that the reciptionist usually gives you with the date and time. I have been taking my three boys to him for about three years now. He's a nice guy but like most doctors in California hesitant about giving a diagnoses. My 4 year old has asthma, gets tired after playing for about 20mins. The Dr. even prescribed inhalers for him but won't say he has asthma. Guess he thinks he might grow out of it. My two year old doesn't talk, you'd think he would refer me to a speech therapist. I end up finding one on my own but he was quick to write that in his notes....
went there myself, due to a referral... big mistake! get a second referral, if you get referred here. their staff (that I saw) was extremely rude, and the Dr. does leave the door open while the patients change... good luck.
