Be advised, I would not do business with this company or any of the realtors that work at Wonderland Realty. Our family used Wonderland Realty in three separate home purchases and each of us had issues. Unethical behavior seemed to be a common practice (giving out combinations to lock boxes to look at houses or misrepresenting listings). The home I purchased was listed by another Wonderland agent and we purchased the home with our agent, who also worked for Wonderland. WARNING, WARNING Lv Wonderland Realty LLC are thieves! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR ADDITIONAL FEES TO KEEP YOUR MONEY. I rented a one-bedroom condo from them. I always paid my rent on time and left the apartment spotless when moving out.
