Be advised, I would not do business with this company or any of the realtors that work at Wonderland Realty. Our family used Wonderland Realty in three separate home purchases and each of us had issues. Unethical behavior seemed to be a common practice (giving out combinations to lock boxes to look at houses or misrepresenting listings).
