Sorry to anyone that had a bad experience there before but I must tell you, this is an extremely nice salon now. Amazing customer service from all employees. Very accommodating and Made this the best salon experience for me in a long time. So glad to say I've found the best spot in SE Norman at 12th ave and east Alameda!!! Very happy customer here. I've honestly never had a worse experience at a nail salon than I did here. I asked for acrylic nails shaped rounded, and the lady doing them did not shape them properly. I had some nails with rounded edges and square tips, they were different lengths, etc. Before she started to polish them, I simply asked her if she could round them out more, and she immediately got a nasty attitude and began to yell at me and argue with me. Worst experience getting a manicure in my life! Tech kept messing up and hurting my hands - I was bleeding with messed up nails by the time I left. I could have done better myself - but instead was overcharged by a rude person.

They did really good solar nail, & I get 10% off for students , I love that place
