The owner of this cleaning company is a couple, they seems to be doing good job and crew were nice initially, however, they have busy schedule and need to be rescheduled sometimes. They called out few times on the work day which I didn't fire them. I worked with them on rescheduling and I don't mind to do so. But they claimed I can't NOT make up my mind if I am the one initiated a reschedule or ask them not to show on any given day.
