Very insightful, listened very carefully, and explained smart planning for my future care.
I've been a patient of Dr. Lee for nearly 10 years. I highly value her medical opinion and recommendations regarding my health. She is extraordinarily patient, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. In every instance she has provided me with the highest-level of medical care.
Dr. Lee was incredibly rushed and clipped to the point of being combative. She made several statements about my health history that were objectively not true, and got upset when I gently corrected her. Twice I did not feel confident in her opinion and sought another dr's advice, and both times the drs seemed surprised she had missed the actual issue. I'm glad other ppl seem to have had better luck, but that was honestly not my experience at all. Perhaps she was overworked/stressed when I saw her
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sun Won "Sunny" Lee. She is truly amazing! She has the genuine compassion that is completely lacking nowadays in the healthcare industry. Unlike most offices where they heard you through like cattle, she takes the time necessary for answering questions, thorough examination, and productive visit. Highly, highly, highly recommend.
Dr. Lee has been the absolute best internist and family medicine doctor with her thoroughness, sincerity, and deep knowledge of my medical care and treatment options. IU Health's physicians are able to easily and instantly interact with each other for consultation and coordination of patient care. I especially enjoy her enthusiasm and motivational attitude to getting me healthier and happier to enjoy my life even more! She is some I fully trust with my life and well being.
I havee been very pleased with Dr Sunny's care. She answers all my questions. She referred me for all my labs. She referred me to my fantastic cancer doctor. She moved things right along and followed up with me right after the surgery. She is not long on conversation, but she gets things done and answers my questions thoroughly when asked.
