Excellent professional and knowledgeable.
I truly regret that I have to express my disappointment in this situation. I would give 0 stars if I could. Dr. Won approached my wife's endoscopy appointment with a level of neglect that was disheartening. The doctor met with us just minutes before the procedure to inform us of an insurance issue and canceled us minutes before the procedure, which was particularly frustrating. He is very attentive to the patient's concerns and listens very carefully to their symptoms and tries to explain on their level; I can appreciate a doctor that takes over an hour to listen to my complex medical history to try to figure out best course of action. Also, if it was not for his insistence to repeat a colonoscopy from 2.5 years ago we would not have found the numerous polyps that came up and needed to be removed. We now wait for histology.
