Had to cancel my membership due to problems with the manager. You cannot enjoy a Zumba class without the instructor calling you out on your dance moves. Embarrassing you in front of other members. You go to a Zumba class to have fun, enjoy yourself not get disrespected. Manager called me "ridiculous". Now you tell me, who treats their client that way? I've never been so serious about my health as I am now. I joined the functional training classes and it's my new addiction. The trainers really push you to your limits and I love it. I love the interaction and love being around women with the same goal in mind...getting healthy and fit.
The energy with the women working out and the staff is awesome
It's my place to work out, nice staff,good instructors. They have good equipment to work out , very functional. I've been there as a member since 1996
Love working out here and the staff are all friendly close to home and like that it's all women working towards the same goal to be fit and strong. Will you be getting any tank tops to purchase.
Home!!! All my ladies are wonderful, never expected to have a family at a gym...really glad I'm a part of a place where there is no judgement and we are on the same journey...W3 Rocks!!
