Small, crowded, no ventilation so always hot and muggy · Beyond outdated and old equipment that is somewhat difficult to figure out · Cardio equipment buttons are old and hard to press · Was told I couldn't use free weights on one side of the gym unless I signed up with a trainer or was in a class · Locker room is small with low ceilings, showers are dimly lit, have to insert quarters into lockers to use them, so bringing your own lock is pointless. I love the gym love the classes they provide turbo kick and zumba especially the staff is very friendly and helpful the only reason why I gave them a 4 is because sometimes they over charge the card and won't refund our money back even though it wasn't our fault . But I do enjoy the ambiance every time i go super fun.
I love the welcoming atmosphere and the constant support from all the ladies that attend the gym. I've had my membership for about 15 years and I won't give it up! My all time favorite class is turbokick with Latoya. She motivates and inspires all of the girls in her personal group training and the classes she teaches. She is simply the BEST!!
This is a fantastic place for us ladies to get in shape while having fun and making new friends/contacts. I have been a member for about a year and a half. The membership is so cheap, you get so much for what you pay for: a long list of classes to choose from (am hour and pm hour, as well as, weekend hours)...all types of machines/equipment.....the class instructors are great, the gym is clean and spacious...lockers are clean as is the bathroom, they have a sauna, they have special events throughout the year...members can ha... read more
