Christine has been wonderful and she makes me feel at home during every therapy session. When she went on vacation I had two sessions with Jenna and she was great as well. I'd highly recommend this place if you're actively working on self-betterment and an improvement in your overall mental well-being. Very disappointed. I booked my phone consultation two months ago and did not receive a call. I have been looking forward to it and am just really disappointed.
Had an appointment with a therapist who had been working there for just a few months and this was during the initial month or two of the pandemic, so everything was virtual. Can't say I was really happy with the session. I had to repeat some things about myself a few times so it didn't feel like I was actually being listened to; I could see her eyes flicking back and forth during the video chat so she was definitely reading from a script.
