If I could give them no stars, I would. I appreciate the service but whoever works in the billing office cannot be trusted. Specifically, Cindy Whitman cannot be trusted with your card information. I called to make a payment towards my account in the amount that was agreed on (the same arrangement that has been on my account for the last month). I definitely do not recommend if I could give 0 stars I would. When I came in for my appointment I was given a total for the appointment and paid it right then. A few weeks later I get a very large bill in the mail. This happened twice. Their excuse was that they thought I was paying a copay instead of paying 100% until I met my deductible. If they checked with my insurance they would have known that I don't have copays I pay 100% until deductible is met and then my insurance covers the rest.
