Wow. That’s all I can say. I don’t know what happened to this practice. Tonight (3/9) I received a phone call from a medical debt collector saying they were calling regarding my outstanding bill with Women’s Specialist of Plano. I said what? I’ve never received a bill. I feel so stupid and frustrated about how I let this people treating me how they did. First of all it took me like 2 weeks to contact them over the phone to schedule an appointment, they don’t just answer the phone. Finally 3 weeks later I get to the doctor’s office for my appointment right on time because I live 50 miles away from the hospital and the receptionist made me wait long time while she was helping someone else and going back and forth inside the office, by the time when she finally was available for me 20 minutes... read more
I have formally submitted a complaint to the Texas Medical Board regarding this gynecological practice, and I do so with significant disappointment. As a patient who has demonstrated nearly a decade of loyalty, consistency, and good-faith compliance with office policies, the manner in which I have been treated..particularly surrounding the rescheduling process is both disheartening and professionally unacceptable. Extremely disappointed with the appointment process. I made more than 200 calls to get an appointment, which I never got. I waited for more than 3 weeks. The only reason I want to go with this hospital is that it’s right next to my home. They will never lift your phone. If they lift it in a few minutes, it will be transferred to a different person who will never lift.
