I gave birth to 2 babies through this practice and, thanks to my midwife Tonya Hemmings, had great experiences and care throughout my entire pregnancies. Giving birth unmedicated had been something I always wanted to attempt, and during the hardest moments of labor, she gave me such encouragement and knew exactly what I needed to hear to deliver my baby! I am so thankful for Tonya and the team at Women's Specialists of NS Gwinnett.
Doctors and nurses are great but if you have to call in to make an appointment, forget about it. They won't call you back no mater how many messages you leave. We're at the point, that me and my wife have to come up there just to make an appointment.
Horrible, it is impossible to schedule an appointment. I was excited to use the self-scheduling function on their website to schedule an appointment for my wife. Unfortunately, everything prompts you to call the office. Trying to call the office and schedule an appointment is such a tedious task. No one answers, and no one calls you back after leaving a voicemail. My wife, and myself have called on numerous occasions. They don't care for you if you're not pregnant. It is easier to show up in person to get something addressed than it is to get them on the phone! Doctors, techs, and nurses are helpful and kind.
