Tried to get a prescription for my prenatals so that I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket since my insurance covers them and the nurse was extremely rude and then started talking down to me when I said the over the counter ones don’t have the correct vitamin ratios I would like being an RN and having a DNP myself and then started questioning my credentials. And also tried to insinuate that I was lying about what the pharmacist said to me about how they couldn’t provide a list of ones they carry/can order. Very unprofessional... read more
After my mammogram, the tech stated if all good you will receive a letter. If not, you will receive a call. Imagine my shock when I received a letter to setup a follow up appointment. The letter was dated the day after my appointment and received 3 days later during a holiday weekend.
The directory in the lobby is displayed on a TV. It changes faster than you can read the names. Why does it need to be digital?
