Overall did not have a positive experience with this practice. Clinician was listed in VA but is actually located in TN. Referral for lab work left me with a huge bill, even after an appeal with my insurance, and WMHS was apparently not aware of how the location of the clinician can impact the patient's insurance coverage of a service. Care team is top notch!!! Thorough testing and anecdotal evidence combined with in-depth analysis create a plan tailored to my needs. On-line appointments enhance care promote understanding. Questions may be submitted at any time via secure messaging. Such a positive experience overall, and I haven’t even talked about results. In less than six months, brain fog has lifted, night sweats have STOPPED, and joy is back. Stephanie Sweeney is my girl!!!!!
I had a great experience with NP Lynn Wolf. She was compassionate, patient, and took the time to really listen and understand my concerns. I appreciated that she didn’t rush to prescribe medication but instead ordered lab work to get a deeper understanding of what might be going on. She also gave me a thoughtful list of supplements to try, which made me feel like she truly cares about treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. I felt heard and supported — highly recommend!
