The lady as receptionist should be let go. She is very quick to ask you for all the information before greeting patient. She is not pleasant. All the other employees were fabulous.
First, well organised, and follow all protocols that have always been excellent over at least fourteen years or more. With the Covid 19, even more organised and professional—just outstanding with more technology, and patient communication. The assistants were all excellent, and I felt respected and that the technician doing my Mammagram was listening and was willing to have a diagnosis while I waited.
